At Designed Life, we take great care in curating and packaging our products to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. However, if something goes wrong, we’ve outlined our refund process below to keep things clear and fair.
Refunds are only applicable in the following case:
You received the wrong product (different item, variant, or design than what was ordered).
We do not provide refunds or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of fragrance or color, or slight variations in texture or appearance. These are natural in handcrafted and small-batch products.
To qualify for a refund, you must:
Raise a refund request within 24 hours of delivery, and
Provide clear photos or videos of the package and product received (unopened or just unboxed condition).
Requests submitted beyond 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
To request a refund:
Email us at designedlife2025@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Order ID]”.
Include:
Your order ID
Date of delivery
Photos/videos clearly showing the wrong item received
A short description of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Once your refund is approved, we will initiate a reversal to your original payment method.
Refunds typically reflect in your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
We may request you to return the wrong product before the refund is processed (if applicable).
Refunds will not be issued for:
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
Products damaged due to customer handling
Used or opened items
Sale, discounted, or promotional items
Correct products where minor natural variations occur
