To purchase from Designed Life, you must:

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend accounts if any information provided is false, incomplete, or used fraudulently.

3. Products and Availability

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, product colors, textures, or packaging may differ slightly from images shown due to lighting or natural variations.
All products are subject to availability. In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and offer an alternative or cancellation before shipping.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on designedlife.shop are in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
All payments must be completed at checkout through our secure payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details.

5. Orders and Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided.
Your order will be processed and shipped once payment is verified.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders at our discretion, including cases of payment failure or suspected misuse.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship across India.
Delivery times vary depending on your location but generally take between 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Designed Life is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

7. Refund Policy

We want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience with Designed Life. However, since our products are handcrafted and small-batch in nature, we only offer refunds under specific conditions.

Refunds are applicable only if you receive the wrong product — meaning an incorrect item, design, or variant was sent to you.

To qualify for a refund, you must:

Raise a refund request within 24 hours of delivery, and
Provide clear photos or videos showing the product received and the packaging.

Refund requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In certain cases, we may ask you to return the incorrect product before processing the refund.

Refunds are not applicable for:

Change of mind or preference
Minor variations in color, scent, or texture (common in handcrafted products)
Used or opened items
Sale or discounted products
Damage caused by mishandling after delivery

The final decision to refund/return/replace is reserved by Designed Life.
